Sunday through Thursday:  $100/hour

Friday-Saturday: $200/hour  Based on availability

Minimum of 4 hour rental

Off season rates:  November through April

Waterfall package:   Friday and Saturday venue rental- $4000

Shoals Package:  Sunday rental- $2500

Receptions Only:  Must be booked within 6 months of date:

Sunday through Thursday: $1000

Friday-Saturday:  $1500

With each package you get the 5,000 square foot barn with tables and chairs for 120 people in the main area, and an additional seating in the loft of 150-200 people.
